01 — Fractional Leadership

Fractional COO & VP Operations

Monthly Retainer

Engagement structure: Monthly retainer with an initial term of three to six months, renewable based on progress and need. Typically eight to twelve days per month — remote strategic work combined with structured on-site visits.

Who it is for

Organizations that need senior operational leadership on an ongoing basis but are not ready — or do not need — a full-time executive hire. Financial services, insurance, and healthcare companies navigating transformation, growth, or a period of operational instability.

What it includes

  • Embedded operational leadership for a defined number of days per month
  • Attendance at leadership and operational meetings as your senior operations representative
  • Ownership of specific operational workstreams — cost reduction, vendor management, workflow redesign, team development
  • Standing reporting cadence and 90-day rolling work plan
  • Direct, unfiltered access to 35 years of print, mail, and digital operations experience

How it works

Delivery is a combination of remote strategic work and structured on-site visits — a model validated at enterprise scale and proven to create greater impact than a traditional on-site-only approach. Scope, cadence, and term are agreed at the outset and adjusted as the engagement evolves.

What this is not: a staffing arrangement, work delegated to a junior team, or a report delivered at the end of a process. You get direct access to the person with 35 years of experience — for as long as you need it.

02 — Consulting

Transformation Consulting

Project Engagement

Engagement structure: Scoped upfront with defined deliverables, timelines, and a clear change order process. Typical engagements run four to twelve weeks. Fixed-fee or day-rate arrangements available — structured to fit the scope of your challenge.

Who it is for

Organizations with a specific, bounded problem that needs a defined solution. A vendor portfolio that has not been benchmarked in years. A digital migration initiative that has stalled or underdelivered. A workflow producing errors, delays, or costs that cannot be explained. A post-acquisition integration that needs operational structure.

What it includes

  • Structured discovery and diagnostic phase — understanding the landscape before advancing any recommendation
  • People / Process / Technology assessment across the affected operation
  • Vendor portfolio review, benchmarking, and negotiation support
  • Digital migration roadmap design and implementation oversight
  • No-touch and straight-through processing workflow design
  • Written deliverables: findings report, roadmap, and implementation plan
  • Implementation support through transition — we do not hand off a report and disappear

How it works

All work is delivered by Gabe Preczner directly — no managed delivery team, no junior analysts producing outputs you will have to validate. We are open to structuring engagements in ways that work for your organization, including phased approaches and hybrid retainer-plus-project arrangements.

03 — Advisory

Advisory & Assessment

Fixed-Fee Entry Point

Engagement structure: A defined, fixed-fee discovery engagement delivered within two to three weeks. The lowest-risk way to begin — and most clients find it generates immediate value that exceeds the engagement cost.

Who it is for

Organizations that know something needs to change but are not yet certain where the problem is, what it is worth addressing, or whether the timing is right for a larger engagement. The Advisory & Assessment is designed to answer those questions quickly, with specificity, and at a fixed cost.

What it includes

  • Two to three day structured discovery engagement
  • Stakeholder interviews, operational review, data analysis, and vendor contract review
  • Written findings report with prioritized recommendations and estimated impact
  • Presentation and discussion of findings with senior leadership
  • A clear recommendation on whether and how to proceed

How it works

The Advisory & Assessment is the lowest-risk entry point into an engagement with Swift Supply Solutions. It is designed to generate immediate, tangible value. It frequently leads to a larger transformation or retainer engagement — but that is never a condition of the work. No obligation beyond the assessment itself.

The People / Process / Technology Framework

Every engagement — regardless of scope or service type — is structured around this framework. Not a methodology borrowed from a textbook. A lens refined across 35 years of operational leadership, built around one hard truth: technology solutions deployed before the people and processes are ready to support them fail. Every time.

Step 01
👥

People

First

Organizational alignment, change management, and leadership capability. Before any process is redesigned or technology selected, we assess whether the team is structured, skilled, and aligned to sustain the change. If not, we address it.

Step 02

Process

Second

Workflow design, no-touch automation, vendor governance, and operating standards. This is where most of the cost lives, and where most of the opportunity sits. We redesign the processes that govern how work flows through your organization.

Step 03
💻

Technology

Last

Platform selection, systems integration, and digital migration. Technology is the final investment, not the first. When the people are ready and the processes are designed, technology accelerates and sustains the change. In that order — and only in that order.

Not sure which engagement is right for you?

Most clients start with a conversation. Fifteen minutes is enough to determine whether there is an opportunity worth exploring and which structure fits best. No pitch, no obligation, no junior sales team on the call — just a direct conversation with the person who will do the work.
